For example: Starts with the letter B. You can bounce it. It is round. Answer: BALL!  Place your object in a bag so your friends cannot see it.

Homework for the week of October 15-19: Bring in a picture from a previous Halloween.  Write a sentence with your child about the picture.

Homework for the week of October 29-Nov. 2: Bring in 6 candy wrappers (with candy removed) for a writing activity.

Authors, Authors Everywhere!

Our author is back with another Lego City adventure.
We enjoyed  Lego City 2: Robbers Get Into Too Much Trouble!  Those pesky robbers...

Another author shared A Story with great illustrations!

We also enjoyed Tangled Story 1 and Tangled Story 2.
This author has been busy writing and illustrating these past few weeks!

We have an author in our class!

We enjoyed Lego City: Robbers Get Away! written and illustrated by one of our kindergarten friends.  All of the children enjoyed his story and asked the author many questions about his book.  He thinks he might write another story about the robbers.  Way to go!

Our SMART Board is here!

Our SMART Board was installed today!  The children returned from lunch recess and were so excited!  We are not able to use it today because the installation is not complete.  We know it will be ready soon and we are looking forward to using it as a new learning tool in our classroom.
